Future Champs (Youth)
Ages: 6-12 years old
KDTC's Future Champs program instruction will focus on understanding and practicing wrestling fundamentals with use of wrestling games, basic skill comprehension and application with attention to safe techniques and execution.
Middle School/High School
Ages 13-18 years old
KDTC MS/HS Program focuses concentrated instruction on technique, conditioning, mat-awareness while building off initial comprehension and technique application. Developmental distinction among the class will allow for split class opportunities as well as more defined areas of instruction that relate to our students' strengths and weaknesses.
Private Lessons
An opportunity for a wrestler to work one on one with Coach KD, or a KDTC Coach to receive the highest levels of instruction, motivation and mentoring. This is a case by case offer that can make the difference in reaching a wrestler’s ultimate goals. Pre-scheduled at flexible times and locations.
