KD Training Center, located in the heart of Yonkers, New York, offers leading-edge wrestling instruction to athletes ages 6 through the collegiate level in a safe, focused, positive environment. We also share our unique approach across the country by incorporating a traveling tour enabling youth wrestlers the opportunity to move closer to achieving their wrestling/life goals. Our commitment is to a structured developmental process that includes but not limited to nutritional, mental fortitude, successful technique application through discipline, consistency and positive encouragement.
